Professional email hosting on your own domain.
Use an address such as hello@yourbusiness.co.za on your website, invoices and customer messages. Titan business email is a mailbox service for your domain; you do not need to buy or build a website first.
Which Titan email plan should you choose?
Start with the number of people who need a mailbox and how much email they keep. The listed Light, Pro, Premium and Ultra plans provide 10 GB, 30 GB, 50 GB and 100 GB of mailbox storage per user respectively. Compare the live plan cards for the current features, allowances and billing terms.
Light covers straightforward email with webmail, mobile apps, calendar and contacts. Pro adds tools such as Undo Send and scheduled sending. Premium increases storage and adds features such as contact groups and email templates. Ultra adds more storage and advanced tracking and campaign tools. Choose features your team will use rather than paying for the largest plan by default.
Get a business email address in three steps.
- Use a domain you control. Already have one? Keep it and follow the connection instructions. Otherwise, search for a .co.za or .com domain.
- Choose your mailbox plan. Check the price per user, the number of mailboxes and the renewal cost.
- Connect and test. Follow the DNS and mailbox setup instructions in your customer account, then test sending and receiving before sharing your new address.
Moving from another email provider?
Plan what happens to existing messages, contacts and calendars before changing DNS or closing the old account. Keep the old service available until you have checked the new setup. Migration work is not automatically included in a mailbox purchase.

GOOD TO KNOW
A few answers
before you start.
Can I use Titan email with a domain I already own?
Yes, provided you can manage the required DNS records. Follow the account setup instructions and keep existing website records intact.
Do I need a website to get business email?
No. You need a domain and a mailbox plan, but you do not need a live website.
How many email plans do I need?
Compare the cost and storage per user, then choose the number of mailboxes your team needs. Check whether any address or forwarding features you require are included in the selected plan.
Is migration from my old email provider included?
Do not assume migration is included. Review the available setup and migration options before changing DNS or cancelling the old service.
What is the difference between business email and email marketing?
Business email is your day-to-day mailbox on your domain. Email marketing is for campaigns to subscribers. Choose the service and sending limits that match your intended use.
